We got our start building tech companies and acquiring real estate in Canada and the US. In 2012, we entered the healthcare space, launching HME Medical Distribution. Since then, we've grown the business from a small team of 6 to over 130 employees.

Over the past few years, we expanded into private investments, backing early-stage companies and venture capital funds.

Our next phase is to add 1-3 active investments to our portfolio. We are hands-on and have long term value creation in mind for shareholders and partners.

Key investment criteria:

• Ideal target EBITDA of $500,000 to $2 million
• Minority or majority positions
• Western Canada headquartered
• Open to real estate being part of transaction
