CBRF operates as a private investment office managing operating companies, real estate, and direct investments. We began by acquiring real estate and developing online healthcare platforms across Canada and the United States, and have since built a portfolio of businesses we are actively involved in growing or passionately cheering on as advisors or passive investors.
Our approach to deploying capital is broad by design. We don't have set exit timeframes and believe in quiet compounding.
HME distributes a wide range of medical equipment, pediatric equipment, and accessibility solutions to consumers and institutional clients such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and rehabilitation providers. In 2012 HME had 6 staff and one location. Over the years our hands-on approach has increased our presence to over 150 staff and 12 offices in BC. For over 6 years HME has successfully implemented an internal profit share plan.
Signature Medical Products is a distributor of custom medical products across Canada. Our development team leads the design process, testing and refining each product to ensure it meets both clinical and everyday needs. Manufacturing takes place across North America and Asia, with all products licensed and stored within the Canadian communities we serve.
